I'm inspired man. I also totally get your venting post - I'm nearly 11 years since diagnosis with ALL, and coming up on 7.5 years off treatment. I still feel hollow and suffer terribly with the mental side.

It caused my eating disorder, it causes anxiety, and I can hide it all 99% of the time in public, but some days I just can't face it.

I've certainly been better in the last year, and lifting has played a big part in boosting my confidence over the last six months.

Your progress photo is going to stick in my mind - I want to look at my own progress photo and see something like that.

Thanks for sharing.

Had a scan come back clean about 2 weeks ago as well.


First time during all these years ive had 2 scans come back completely clean.
