BTC typically does 1 day moves. If you aren't exploiting those and you're day/swingtrading then you're doing it wrong.

Still standing by my prediction that we're touching ~5500 before a strong possible reversal.

Nothing about the current market speaks strength to me.

Yep. Even if you're only scalping 5-10 percent daily it adds up quick.

Problem is most people HODL their positions too long thinking that the market is going to do a prolonged move. It doesn't work that way in these kind of bear markets.

Take the mini scalping profits when you can. Then rinse and repeat.

Yes his irrational faith in BTC has given him a multimillion dollar portfolio. It’s worked out for him so far. Still not smart imo unless he has $10M+ in other assets.

Nobody knows where a complex speculative market like this is going. However, I have a controlled investment that’s a fraction of my other assets, and I get enjoyment from this.

Essentially, I invested an amount I can easily afford to lose and I do believe (rightly or wrongly) that there’s a greater than 50% chance of profit over the next few years.

If the space explodes over the next couple of years I have a portfolio that has a significant impact on my life. If it implodes I’m a bit annoyed at pissing away some money, but it doesn’t hurt me financially.

Trading micro-trends. Often 5m or 1m charts. Holding times are less than a few hours for most people. Often a few minutes for me.

What price would you guys consider buying Bitcoin at? Personally I won't consider buying unless is falls well below 5k and has levelled out for a while. Said on here it wasnt worth buying when it was 15k and until it had broken the downtrend and levelled off a bit so I'm confident I can pick the next uptrend.
