Anyone can do that. This forum is vBulletin software, the problem is whoever is running this site has no idea what they're doing and they tried to recode the vBulletin software and they ended up ****ing it up which is why it has so many bugs and errors. But anyone can buy the forum software from vBulletin and try and make their own forum, but the problem is getting everyone to migrate over there or getting the traffic and users to sign up. No one wants to go to a forum that only has like 5 people on it so it's a catch-22. You need a lot of memebers in order to get other people to sign up.

There was another forum that somoene made to be like the misc but I forgot the name of it.

You could probably avoid mod attention if you didn't format your posts to be intentionally disruptive with excessive spacing.

At that point you're just putting a target on your back.




In short: You intentionally format your posts to be disruptive. Which probably just accelerated your chances of you being banned (which you were).
