Anyone know how much BTC could be mined per day on the day of release with poverty CPUs/GPUs? Interested to know for historical reasons.

Reckon the ******** talk about crypto is gonna go down the KIN(Kik) route or be advertisment based or something entirely different.

Also I was thinking would a travel coin for like metros subways and buses in different countries be a good idea. I went around Europe the other year with an inter rail ticket but an app with like 20 travel coins that you use to pay for journeys each day or something could work, smart contracts for a months travel or certain countries, stations or companies earning coins for each passenger, no conversion charges, universal use like in the UK; oyster cards work down in London but i come up back home and they're useless. Debit cards sort of do similar and apple pay etc. But it could work although it's not really necessary for the whole transparency that block chain offers but it might stop ticket inflation and is easier than paying in different currencies

IOTA is aiming to do this and just partnered with the International Transportation Innovation Center. They have a deal with Tokyo to trial run it for multiple use cases in the city. IOTA is capable of offline transactions so the idea is if you just have your smartphone/a watch etc. on you the gates will let you through and travel.

.00028309 btc/day is what my poverty ass gtx 1060 can do. I only run it at night though since I'd rather cloud mine

It took me some time to get here mainly because it's so different and sketchy than what I'm used to. It's a market built on wild hype and spec with insane caps and swings. Like bizarro world ****.

I almost made the same mistake but I'd bought my BTC. When I saw BTC going back up in the news I panicked (before this run). I then realised I'd emailed myself my Wallet.dat, downloaded it and remembered by pass code. Voila, BTC!

yeah I think thats why its not a bubble because 99% of us are in with burn money. Right now I am 90 % equities (even on margin with zero fear of any collapse)


Its pretty much F the fed they can't collapse this economy its all just liquidity juice

here we could potentially link up the world with value via internet transactions (ex. I wouldn't do business outside the U.S. because its too expensive...if I can transact in Africa for less than a penny then of course I would)

Just got done doing some Quick Maths and decided to put $1,000 into LINDA at current price of $0.004

Selling when it hits $0.01 turns $1,000 into $2,333
Selling when it hits $0.05 turns $1,000 into $11,666
Selling when it hits $1.00 turns $1,000 into $233,318

BRB getting a quarter milli once LINDA hits a buck. And then think of how many people will fomo into it once it crosses the $1.00 psychological barrier. Just gonna write off that $1k as a loss and check the price of LINDA once a quarter and update you guys on my early retirement goals of 2019

We still have awhile I think, would be mindblown if we get fked in the next few months at least.

Think the inflation adjusted value of the tech bubble was 7 trillion, and then crypto is worldwide whereas the tech bubble was US orientated. We should be able to get a few more trillion in the market before we have to get concerned about when everyone going to get savaged. Then again, if enough normies get slammed by Tron and Ripple who knows.

yeah I was running scenarios. and forget the tech bubble that was 1999.2000 wealth has exponentially increased since then. so we can't judge based on that because 10 trillion isn't the same as it is now vs 1999

Despite all the shady pump and dump coins there are actual gems out there with relatively low marketcap and VC support. These ICO's have been a way to get in on the action without waiting until an IPO 4000% later. I treat crypto the same way I would treat a traditional company. You won't ever see me chasing vaporware pumps
