At this point, I'm trying to thin out some while maintaining muscle and making cardiovascular gains. Been sitting around 210 lately and would like to be 195, mainly because I'm tired of my joints aching.

Not nearly. For a while I thought it was because I matured, but after a while, I realized that it's because it sucks. Good troll threads are ruined for people taking opies too seriously, mods have autism, and people can't seem to go one page without ruining an aware thread by spamming "aware brah". (though not originally the intent) The point of the misc used to be to have some good laughs, now it's mostly Jakes and Evans who worship the old misc culture rehashing the same tired crap.
