I have a feeling the haters, even thinks this is sad. The amount of crap Rich gets on youtube is terrible. I hope that was not a factor of Richs passing. Anyway, he will be missed.

I'm more emotional about this than I expected to be.... it's really fukking sad.

I met Rich a handful of times and he was always the nicest person in the world to his fans. Way above and beyond what was required- he actually took an interest in having a conversation with each person who came through his booth.

I'll always admire how he lived life on his own terms. It's going to be really sad not having any more videos for motivation... dude inspired me to basically get serious about lifting.

I feel the same way, the guy had that effect on people.
Eat in a deficit to lose weight.
Hit your protein and fat minimums to stay healthy and keep your gainz.
Lift heavy and do HIIT to look and feel awesome.
Use the internet to learn why you should do these things and how to do these things.

What's annoying is people/media are attributing his death to 'steroid abuse' without knowing anything and without an autopsy result. Rich could have just as easily shot himself and people would still be blaming steroids. Thousands of people overdose every single day that have never lifted a weight or even seen AAS....



Its no secret that Rich used opiates. Being his size and with his approach to prescription meds like muscle relaxers/pain pills its safe to say he likely wasn't too concerned about dosages.
