why's it locked?

I had a similar problem with coinbase once due to submitting an edited ID and it took me a couple months to get it back and running even though fuk coinbase i use gemini now

Take a look at Bittrex twitter, so many people quoting ticket numbers and such. That youtuber vincent biatore has 30BTC locked into his account, imagine how that guy feels.

That's horrible really. No way I'd leave even 1/10th of that on exchanges. I'm paranoid about it. But that just sucks.
