The Axis just didn't have the logicistics, manpower, or resources to win.

Even if Germany somehow took Moscow, which would have been worse than the battle.of Stalingrad, the Eastern Divisions would have arrived from Siberia, the winter was still coming, the divisions most likely would have encircled the army in Moscow.

Or the Russians would just withdraw a little further East.

Japan would have eventually lost in China, even without us getting involved. Italy???? Well, do we really have to talk about Italy?

It was just never going to be a thing. Germany and Japan did an amazing job (not supporting them - just objectively speaking) mobilizing the population and supplying it with cutting edge equipment - but just look at a map. Taking over the rest of it in while maintaining a notion of a pure Germany or Japan could never happen. And even if they did accept a multiethnic nation it would have taken generations, not years, like they wanted.
