They used to be mine as well man.. when they rolled out that app and it would give you a free burger, you know I was all over that.. had like 100s of accounts because they didn’t verify e-mail lol!

I barely ever go now because they’re expensive af imo. But they always seem busy and I like the idea of them really being a real estate company first anyways.

The div has been good as well and have added a few shares over the years through DRIP.

You guys think markets go down tomorrow again? Vxx seemed to have backed off, but then is it gonna come back up tomorrow morning?

Wanted to pick up some Tesla and microstrategy, hut8, paypal, google, maybe crispah, not sure wether to wait some more or get in.

Did very well with Pfizer recently, but now I heard it’s overbought bigly. In such situation should I just forget about it and hold long term, or sell if it starts dipping, and buy back on the bottom?
