I've only tried the English version. The cooking style differs slightly. For the French version, you heat it over a pot of boiling water. So the eggs get heated slightly differently. Look at Youtube for 'Jaime Oliver scrambled eggs' for more info.

3 years old birthday party
5 year old, my brother and I using trash bins after garbage day, filling them with water and acting like it was a pool. He in one, me in the other.
We added flower petals to the water I remember. Lol, good times.

It takes at least three days to get here. I want to first visit the local hardware stores and see if there's a big price difference.

Have you ever lifted outdoors? Like at the beach gym at Venice, California?

Only once. Guy said if I couldn't set down a 400+lb DL them I shouldn't be lifting it. I kinda laughed and shook my head, then did it again.

Of the two, probably shorter - but height isn't a big concern for me.

It would cut back on useless carb consumption - but too much dough for too little food.

Have you ever done the Starfish Crunch? I did it today and it was tough. Thanks to the bro ITT who recommended it.

That's a nice exercise. That might be helpful in loosening my hips - as well as for the abdominals. Will try.

Rarely, if ever. Might take a look quick either before or after the shower, but that's about it.

I think they're silly - banning them might be overkill. I can't fathom why anyone would want to spend money on something that goes bang and get a rise out of it.

I used to do that when I was new to lifting (first 2-3 years). After that I never volunteered myself for spotting. They can use a weight they can comfortably handle and do the exercise. Seriously, you're not going to impress anyone with your crappy 'half rep' Squat.

Do you know how to 'crack' your back?

Since I inspired you on your new avi, I think sig expert Luci can help with the other.

@Lucifer, the starfish pic is missing the last bit. After you go right, then left, then you have to go to the middle. Both legs up, tough toes. Btw that all is 1 rep. Lol. I did 50 of them the other day, my obliques are still cussing me.

I'd start at 10 if I were you.

.....

Ever nap wrong and get that weird neck strain? I haz dem.
Thus let me live, unseen, unknown;
Thus unlamented let me die;
Steal from the world, and not a stone
Tell where I lie.
