-Even though I am somewhat messed up emotionally, I keep getting blessed, good things keep happening to me. God knows when I need a little extra support especially since I can be a little stubborn when it comes to accepting help or asking for help, I don’t like to seem needy.
-My prayers for others I care for have been working too, which builds my faith ever stronger.
-My sister and brother in law gifted me a car after they got a new one, nice huh? Oh and they took me out for authentic pupusas, one of my favourite foods. Good visit in Toronto, went on a nice hike as well, my sister loves to go on trails and hikes the same as me.

There have been a number of deaths in the family in the past month (and since the last time I posted ITT) so it's been quite overwhelming and eye-opening. It's a good time to review things I'm grateful for.

Rest of my family seem healthy and hopefully it will continue that way
Halloween is soon and that should be fun

The fighting phillies won the first game of the world series, wot wot.

Paid off my truck.

Told my 6 year old daughter about santa and it went pretty well. (Thought I'd be the one to share the truth with her)

I'm grateful for...

My sons and their attitudes getting better. Still have their moments but it's far less often.

Both of their teams went undefeated yesterday and they get 1 seeds today.

Great families on their teams - spend a lot of time with them, so it's nice to build those friendships.

My wife is feeling better after being sick for the last week. RSV made it through everyone in the house.

I'm a couple interviews in for a new role at work. It would be a huge promotion and the money would be really nice. I have the support of the team I'd lead and the person that left the role wrote the hiring manager before he left, saying I'm the person for the role. Global Director TravelinJhwkFan has such a nice ring tone.

I am grateful for the days where my mind is set on being grateful.

My mind isnt always in this place I hope and pray that in coming days I will be able to remain grateful throughout trails and tribulation.

I had a pretty awesome day yesterday with my daughter.

Also saw an old friend yesterday which was cool.

Really happy with the PS5 I was able to get at msrp a while ago. Been a while since I’ve had a console. No politics, news about the economy, nothing about work etc. Just playing as a guy with a gun or axe or whatever

Cleaned up my place a bit a few days ago. My goal is to have the trash can completely fill every trash day for the foreseeable future to get rid of clutter

I decided to mostly stop caring about how much weight I’m using when I workout and instead focus on how difficult the sets feel. It’s made working out a lot more enjoyable

Grateful for this forum.

I've been keeping a training journal at the over 35 journal section since I joined here in 2007. For these three days, I thought I lost all the posts there.

Also, this is the only place I can practice writing English online with you, all the good friends I can connect with.

Really glad the forum is back.

I'm grateful for...

This thread still rolling on. I stumbled upon the original like 8 years ago - around Thanksgiving whatever year it was - and it helped me get through a pretty negative patch in my life. I posted every day for the longest time and it's the only reason for a while, that I was even active in these forums (only thread I even open anymore). Thanks to Juiceton for creating the original, your legacy lives on homie.

The motivation to get back in shape - down 12lbs the last couple weeks. If I can really push myself, I'd like to try a half marathon in March.

Refreshing sherbert as a treat this evening.

The venison tacos I made yesterday. Lime, cilantro, cumin, chili seasoning, roasted jalapeños, etc - they were killer.

My wife and children. Kids are wild and wife drives me crazy at times, but there's nobody else I'd rather have as my family.

Happy Thanksgiving.

Thought to give an update of people I am thankful.

I am thankful for my neighbor. He helped me walk my dog when I take my son on a trip.

This year turns out to be a good year.
