Finally getting the refrigerator i want hopefully it fits fine in the spot it’s going in.
Gonna step up my smoothie/protein shake game now that I’ll have an ice maker.

For the opportunity I have to volunteer at a local non profit group, for having time to do this type of stuff.

It’s sunny and 70 degrees out today, and summer is just around the corner.

I'm grateful for...

* meds taking care of my gout
* not being on constant pain because of the gout
* my oldest son decided that the team he was on, wasn't for him. It had been a rough patch and I was more than ready for him to make that decision.
* not having to pay for my replacement phone and being phone free for the weekend (until the new one is received)
* Netflix to get caught up on Better Call Saul

-My two cats are finally being nice to one another and becoming friends. Very happy about this. Both were adopted at the same time, and had been at the same foster home for quite a long time. When we first got them one picked on the other a lot. She constantly tried to bish-slap her with her murder-mittens. They’re finally sweet together and now both sleep on my bed with me at night without any issues.

Thank for a couple of men

1, my dad, I bought roses days before fathers day. And wished him happy fathers day. I wish dad's kidney can be improved.

2, my ex husband, wished him happy fathers day. I wish he and his family happy.

3, Bible study team leader. He is very knowledgeable in scripture, patient to answer questions. I only attended 1 month and I already learned a lot. I wish he solves visa issue and stays in USA.

- Adopting a more positive and optimistic outlook about my current circumstance with my shoulder injury. Although the past 4 months have been chit and haven’t been training, I’ve found ways to not give into the pain and still enjoy other parts of life.

My hand got injured when volunteering cutting vegetables. It was a deep cut and it hurted so much that I could not sleep.

Yesterday I asked my neighbor to help me to change the band aides. Then yesterday my hand stopped hurting that bad any more.

Our leader asked us if one of us can host a booth at the meeting, I raised my broken hand. Not only this, I asked the leader to send me digital hand outs and send them out to people.

I am thankful
1) my pain is reduced after my neighbor help me change the band aide
2) I can help echo compassion
3) God gives me courage and compassion
4) angels around me, my friends and my neighbor

You cannot love others without first being loved. I feel being loved and protected by God for many years. I feel loved by others who has helped me. I will continue loving God and try my best to serve him. I will continue reading Bible and study his words.

Recently a famous Chinese singer killed herself. Life is so fragile, isn't it. How can we live a happy and fulfilled life? How can we always achieve inner peace?
