Thankful for

1) my thumb feels iching which is good healing sign.

2) my son, he came back to me yesterday with a big smile. I took him to church and birthday party. We watched King Richard together at home and we went out to a restaurant. I bought him a game card. He said i spent too much money. He helped me wash dishes. Wonderful child.

3) my dad, he is at hospital, finish second treatment. He is tough as a warrior.

1) my neighbor, he came to help me put the tomato plant up. Feel very grateful

2) my thumb recovery. The band aide is finally off yesterday. Feeling thankful of the healing

3) Ex husband drove 2 hours to deliver the library book to me per my request.

1) weight lifting. Since My band aide came off, I have been back to gym 3 days in a row and do weight lifting.

2) helped my friend. She got cold. I bought medicine and vitamin c and delivered to her.

3) I am healthy. Physically and mentally

Great insurance. Youngest stopped a fall with his front teeth last night - awesome.

His great attitude - in spite of bloodied knees, chin and missing most of two teeth he cracked a joke about the girls going to think he's ugly.

My constant urge to learn about stuff.

Life been kicking me down and Mental health hasnt been great recently - which means a great time to start this again and focus on the positive things in life
- passed my board exams
- New job starting from next year into the career I've been wanting for a long time
- For the most part, I have my health

-Nice crisp sunny day during winter. My fave
- first counselling session today. Was nervous as heck but went well and definitely worth it

I'm grateful for...

- being in a solid place financially. Wife decided she wanted a newer vehicle and we paid cash for it. A week later washer goes out, buy new appliances + upgrade the laundry room with cabinets, etc. I know many others are not in that position and I'm super grateful for it.

- a long weekend to accomplish the upgrades

- the ability to do the mentioned upgrades

- the couple people I've met from this site, one of which I still talk to quite often, that are so great.

- a Kool aid packet, vodka and lemonade to lighten the mood all weekend.
