2K per month? I would go 500 cash to earn that miserable 5% and for emergencies and dip buying 500 Tesla 500 bitcoin 500 into Solana,
Or can be divided into five parts and add spy to the list.

Edit:
Random question but wtf happened to JD? Why’d they drop so hard after hours yesterday and into today?
Edit2: fuk so much going on lately I didn’t even notice TLT at $99+ this morning. I’ll have to revisit buying puts. $97CC are underwater but I’m fine with my shares called away next month after getting one last dividend. Seems to me odds are good it’ll drop below $97 by then if fed says no September cut OR says here is a 25bp cut there may or may not be another cut later this year. 30 year at 4.07% when fed rate is at 5 is still stupid and front running the move a little too hard.

TLT retracing to $98 AH makes me sad. Missed that boat.
WBA, even though I hate them with a passion, I think imma start buying long dated calls. Thinking June 2025 $12.5c for $1.10 or so if I can get them and some Jan 2026 $15c for $1.20 as well. I think they’ve been punished for their mistakes with their primary care acquisitions and their mishandling of staffing. I think retail pharmacy sector as a whole is going to stop accepting bad contracts from PBMs and profitability will come back. Their sale of Boots should help bolster confidence and they’ve already wrote down Village MD to basically nothing as well so if that turns around they’ll be pretty set.
Fnma/Fmcc commons are coming back after dipping to $1 twice. Pref shares aren’t moving much which worries me. Still holding not really buying much but will reconsider closer to 10% of face value.
Payo holding my commons. Still happy with the $$ I got from warrant sale.
Sofi not much happening. Might buy more 6/25 calls. Not that excited about them tbh.
Kr trying to get a better sense of how their legal drama plays out next week. Unsure if they can win their lawsuits but if they do they likely pop to $60. Their scale will be insane for pricing insurance contracts on pharmacy and the added revs/profitability will be crazy too. They’ll have a lot of vertical integration as well with their own private label brands twice will expand margins too. If it doesn’t go through then Kr likely gets walloped though. Probably back to $45-48 a share. They pay a $400 or $500m break up fee on top of $800m in legal fees ACI and KR have paid out thus far. I’ve got friends that work at both but neither work in Ohio or Idaho so sources aren’t exactly well placed. We will see what happens.
I’m like 10% cash in my account right now trying to decide if I open new positions or just add to current ones.

My projected investments will allow me to retire early at the current rate, so if the question is what to do after HSA/401k/Roth IRA, I suggest home since I'm biased.

Went crazy during COVID when gyms closed etc. Had some bad incidents with kids getting injured on their equipment.
Even after missing the last couple days, my $25k in a round trip to the COVID high would turn that into $1million lol — but that is HIGHLY unlikely. Decent gains seem relatively likely though.

Lol Destor what did you see that made you decide it was a good place to put 25 racks? I bought 2 2026 $7c for $1 as an initial buy.

They refinanced debt largely maturing out to 2029 so bankruptcy risk seemed relatively low.
Setting up for rates coming down, searching for a new CEO, without bankruptcy it doesn’t seem like there is much downside risk and the chance of big moves up seemed far higher at the low valuation. Combine EPS turning positive with P/E ratios expanding as rates slowly come down, could be good @ $1.6b valuation now and making $600-700m revenue per quarter.
Would be looking to sit on this for at least a couple years depending

Way too early to declare victory but +40% since making the all-in call isn’t bad lol
Could easily turn back around, or a recession hitting could destroy it — but then rates would come down fast and I’d just hold through it as long as bankruptcy wasn’t looming
