I bought BAT when it was 24 cents and watched it went down to like 10 cents lol. Just ignored and waited until I can sell it again without losses. Didn't earn anything from it but was glad to dispose it without losing a cent.

Not regretting it even if its at ATH now because I was able to move the money to another coin that provided some gains.

BAT is one of the coins that I really researched in the past and I still kind of like the project. I'll probably get some again depending on how low it can get after this ATH.

Wonder what exchange they will use to make it simple for normal users to convert to fiat?

Page 24 under FAQ says that it shouldn't be used for "speculation", is this something all these ICOS say to fend off SEC violations or what
The primary us of an asset is its actual tangible value. Speculation is great, but it should not reach the point where speculation is the only thing driving its value.

Also BAT has a strong use case for advertisers, and the team is already working on on boarding advertisers. Brendan just got back from adtech london recently.

This article doesnt mention BAT, but this is a problem advertisers are facing that BAT could potentially solve.

Im debating on dumping my XRP for more REQ. REQ has done me very well. XRP I've had about a 50% gain on now, but the potential of it being on Coinbase is whats keeping me in the game.

What would you guys do?
Big believers, and yes 50k is still a lot.

I also think that once ETH futures hit it'll stabilize as well, leading to more people jumping into LTC since it's 3rd in line.

2018 should be a fun year for ETH and LTC, IMO.
I think ANYTHING on Coinbase is going to bring in tons of dumb money from noobs with no idea on the tech. I'm still thinking ETH has good long term potential but even though I'm holding LTC I don't know how it survives long term if the BTC overlords implement lightning network and push that onto the masses. I think LN is a bad idea but if the big institutions that are taking over BTC see the possible $$$ from it they will force it down everyones throat.

Not sure if srs. You don't have to like ads to know that they are a necessity, and that they are not going anywhere. If you are getting compensated for something you have to see anyways then I don't see a problem. Much rather see 10 relevant ads a day and get paid for it instead of 160 ads that i don't get paid for and have no interest in.

Wow that is definitely a ballsy move, I can't bring myself to move my 401k or ETF over. I feel safer and sleep easier at night keeping my investments diversified. "Never put all your eggs in one basket." as they say, but more power to you man!

not sure why you guys are writing off ripple. Seems to me like it has the most potential so far. So many rumours with amazon, uber, & airbnb partnerships plus the possible addition of xrp being added to coinbase next year. Also that is less than a dollar. Probably gonna put more in ripple today

I already made a post why I didn’t like BAT months ago but basically a lot of people already use Adblock and I’d rather see 0 ads than 10. Also BAT doesn’t collect data on users so you’re not gonna see any relevant ads and advertisers will actually lose money showing bra advertisements to men or car ads to a 12 year old

I accidentally bought a **** load of tron when I mean to buy stellar. Immediate corrected and now would have made 100% and sitting flat on stellar. oh well. I'm thinking long term on anything I buy right now.

Alright so has anybody sold with hitbtc

i have 500 tron and i try to sell but "units need to be divisible by 1000" message pops up

Can i buy trx to get to 1000? Then bulk sell that 1,000.. Or is it gonna cut me off leaving a portion on the exchange?

For instance i had 50 eidoo. I went to sell all of it and it somehow left me with 8 and then said i cant sell because "units must be divisible by 10"
