It was a generalization. It doesn't describe everyone, but from my experience, it describes a large percentage of them. Sorry if it offended you, but I wasn't trying to state that every anime-lover was like that.

Haha I'm not sure, but probably. Most of the ones at my school were very delusional. They thought that they were going to be brilliant, millionaire scientists when they grew up, even though they barely did any work at school. There was one kid who was pretty smart and kept good grades though, he was an exception to the rest of the group.

It pisses me off how feminist always complain about video games being sexist. Female characters in video games are usually intelligent, extremley skilled fighters, and strong willed, but its sexist because they look hot. Dafaq? There is nothing wrong with liking comics, star wars, video games, or other things considered "nerdy" or "geeky." It is how you like them. Nothing wrong with wearing a star wars t shirt when out. Wearing a Luke Skywalker costume? That is different. It is not what you like, it is how you like it.

Agreed, I'm not saying that being geeky, weird or whatever is wrong. Obviously everyone is weird to some point, whether it's miscing, collecting model trains or obsessing over star wars. I'm just annoyed by the trend of flaunting nerdy/zany/geeky things. Y'know, the whole 'nerds are cool' trend. Obviously having a hobby and interests is perfectly fine.
