Probably your baggage claim ticket.
I didn't know that's what he wanted nor what he was checking for man. Otherwise, I would have given it and said peace out. All he was doing was collecting the paper literally and making sure everyone was either cleared/stamped on that paper.

They've had them at cabelas for $350 pretty frequently lately so I hope you didn't pay more than that.

Just lol at the internet losing their **** for the 17M that Glock isn't even calling a Gen 5.
Literally the only two things even notable is no finger grooves and ambi slide release. The rest is a gen 4 gun with some internal changes which is stupid as fuk because a lot of it won't be compatible with any gen 3 or 4 parts - which is a huge reason a lot of people like a Glocks.

From what I understand the gen 1's are sold out for good. Supposedly Cabelas bought out all the gen 1 stock Trijicon had left at a monster discount. In the coming months the gen 1 LED models will probably start to dry up forever outside the used market, just like the gen 1 Deltapoints did.

I believe it. I just double checked again and they say "sold out" on Cabelas website now so they may be gone who knows.

I'm grabbing a G19 this week and hopefully changing out the sights right away. Realistically, do I need a sight pusher or is there a different way to get the new ones on there?

If you fit them, which is the way sights are meant to be installed (depending on manufacturer), they'll go right in with a nylon tipped punch. Just put the slide in a padded vise. As for the OEM sights, we get some that you can literally push out with your thumb. Those aren't hard to remove at all.

Woodbury is a shady AF company that does shady AF stuff to get their prices low.
They are local to here and all of the places that have price matches won't match them citing they would have to stoop to their level to be able to price stuff like that.

For perspective, I bought a gen4 G19 a few months after Newtown (when you couldn't even find G19s anywhere for any price) for $499 there.

They shut down one of their stores in the middle of the night. Workers literally showed up to work the next morning and the door had a padlock on it and the entire store's inventory had been removed. People with stuff being worked on or on order were just screwed for months.

Looking at:

Burris XTRi II 5-25x50
Bushnell DMR IIi 3.5-21x50
Vortex Viper PST G2 5-25x50

Looking to see if Leupold had anything I'd be interested in but it seems like their products that don't cost $4000 are either SFP or (possibly) Mil reticles with MOA turrets
Supposedly gonna be a big sale on this site tomorrow. Saw an ad for it on the Chive:

Don't know how it will stack up against other places, but something worth checking on.

Cool, I'll play with them a little when I actually have in my hands. Not really a big fan of the OEM sights on the models I've shot. Thanks buddeh

Another day, another reasonable Armslist offer (you have to have a purchase permit or ccw to buy a handgun in NC, even private sales). I'm asking $350

Morning boyos.

Stayed home from work yesterday as I wasn't feeling well. Still kinda chitty, but back at work since I had some meetings I couldn't miss this morning.

Hit the range Sunday morning. Was a beautiful day. Didn't really enjoy it fully because I was already feeling like crap.

Gunbroker would likely be entirely different, since that mostly means shipping to an FFL.

I've used all three accounts mostly to buy, but I've done a couple of interesting private sales on Gunbroker. Also plenty of crazy on arfcom EE.

I'm actually surprised at the low level of craziness on these last three Armslist ads. I'm not necessarily talking about illegal stuff, but crazy trade offers.

Gunbroker at least from the searches I've done seem to be more FFL's than individuals. Armslist seems to be the opposite. Have bought and sold probably 10 transactions on Arfcom without any issue, but there are definitely some loonies on there. Should respond to that message and ask if he might be more interested in a glawk fotee.

They don't anymore. But they used to. Although several groups still do, they just find ways to get around it like posting a pic of the gun but not putting any details and you just have to message them for info/price.

The local gun sales group I was in was shut down last year

Not interested in finding some clandestine one, everything that was ever listed was way over priced and/or junk
