it's a sound strategy if you know what you're doing. If the trend reverses, take the L and move on. Winners can run for a while.

It's almost embedded in us to buy"deals" but often you catch falling knives. Hmfic is momentum trading.

IMO, the absolute worst strategy in this bear market is to HODL. My strategy since before the new year has been to hide in tether, especially overnight, wait for a good buying opportunity or dip and stagger my buy-ins. I'm up over 100% in USDs, prob even more in sats.

Like HMFIC said, find the trends, look for the green in the sea of red and buy it. Don't diversify, don't hold because there is a lot more red out there than green.

I understand what both of you are saying here, I just don't play so aggressively, even on the altcoins. I try to give them time to do their thing based on TA. Some of these guys in here are clearly very new to a lot of this, just think telling them to buy the highs could end up getting them burned possibly. It's not exactly the greatest strategy, but it also isn't our responsibility to tell them how to invest their money. All is fair.

Discovering a Hidden Gem - why I invested in CPChain

The token metrics for the project are fantastic. The hard cap for the project wasjust 30M USD, a boon both for investors and the longevity of an emerging crypocurrency project.
It was kept fairly quiet . The project created it's promotion from it's fundamentals. It's solution, it's team, it's investors, it's tech. Not airy marketing like the majority of ICO'S that are run today. This means, it's growth is likely to be more organic.
