Today I'm grateful for...
...a mostly quiet week at work. Nice to have some routine once in a while.
...looking around at the gym last night and being the oldest one there. Young dudes don't know quite what to make of me.
...this thread. It's a nice exercise to stop and think positively - even if for just a moment.

- Awesome steak dinner last night (pic below)
- Lost .6 lbs this week despite many cheat meals
- Been trying to actively spread positive vibes at work, especially to the more negative coworkers that sit next to me. I think it is helping

Things working themselves out-went to the gym at 5am, but my wife called me home before my first set (sick kid) I needed the rest day anyway.

Potty training it going well for my boy even though he has been sick.

Besides fighting off colds, my family has been very healthy this year.
It's your diet.

Having a rough day, so it's best I realise that I do have things to be grateful for.

1. Was able to eat today. I never go hungry.

2. I have the option to be able to have a vacation for a week or two if I really need it.

3. I have friends who are always happy to see and talk to me.

Yeah son it's the shiit. Cost nearly 30 bucks but it's worth it.

Edit: Forgot it this morning so I poured the coffee into my blender bottle thinking the coffee would at least be room temperature that way I can put the blender bottle in the fridge. I made this coffee 24 hours ago, and there was STILL steam rising when I poured it out.

Think it's meant for camping but it comes in handy for when I'm in a rush.

Today I'm grateful for:

-Feeling very confident about the exam I took today

-Exams done for the week

-Should sleep well tonight

The Twilight Zone. I've been waking up an hour early everyday before work and watching 2 episodes.

New socks and underwear plus clean laundry.

Leftovers for dinner were better than expected.
