onedstly dude, you just need to have fun with all this. Misc is giving you a hard time because they're just trying to tell you the ways of how to actually seduce chicks that take quite alot of interest in you and read between the lines. Being aesthetic and shredded af isn't the only thing you need to pull, it helps but if you have high social anxiety or just can't read IOI'S and reciprocate after reading body language and such from a chick then it's just going to slip past you

I understand what you meant about how you're a different person when it comes to your job, I'm pretty much the same. I can read between the lines when it comes to chicks and identify when they're showing IOI's at most times but I'm still somewhat anxious deep down but just go with the flow of whatevers happening. I haven't been rejected once and that's how I know I'm still doomed to fail at one point, getting rejected and being used to it is what makes you step up because it's literally nothing after a coiple of minutes being hit into your ego yet at my job, I'm forward with EVERYTHING especially as one of the primary roles is being front counter receptionist but it's different because at the end of the day, it's what you're employed to do and what you're paid to do and that's what makes you a great cop

It's all just a learning curve when it comes to chicks and we all honestly have our flaws, it takes time to develop that ''don't really care if I get rejected'' attitude but when you finally do, it kind of helps build up that fortitude in your personality and the strength of your mindset

As I always say, it is what it is man but just have fun with all this, it's the whole reason chicks want to get fukd, mostly they just want to be extremely dominated but once you read them, you'll figure it out as the conversation between you and her flow

Let me also put it out there, I haven't used tinder or any dating apps in a year now as my focus isn't on getting laid, it's just been careermaxxing so far and once that's lock down, I'll start having fun again but I still flirt here and there. Just do what makes you happy brah
