There Will Be Blood
The Prestige

Those are another two of my favorite movies. Daniel Day-Lewis is the GOAT.

That one was pretty good. I forgot about the revenge/vigilante genre. There was one where a guy found some lady's cell phone, at the boardwalk or something, and she was kidnapped and had to communicate with him somehow, and he had to try to rescue her or her kid? Also there was one with a rich guy, someone like Kurt Russell or Michael Douglas, who signed his brother up for a fake kidnapping game?

The extended cut of Law Abiding Citizen (and even the theatrical version) kind of **** up your mind.

In Bruges is another good one.

You know it's a good movie when you can't tell which side you are on. It's very Hollywood and exaggerated but that's probably the point.

I have to account for the prior month's budget every month. Bossman sends an email that he absolutely needs everyone's budget by tonight for his meeting tomorrow.

I haven't done April's and they want May? What are they even doing in these meetings?

Has this being discussed in here? not as active recently but this article really got me shaking my head
What is it like to fire an AR-15? Itโ€™s horrifying, menacing and very very loud
http://www.nydailynews.com/news/crim...icle-1.2673201

these are the "men" raising the next generation
The recoil bruised my shoulder, which can happen if you don't know what you're doing. The brass shell casings disoriented me as they flew past my face. The smell of sulfur and destruction made me sick. The explosions โ€” loud like a bomb โ€” gave me a temporary form of PTSD. For at least an hour after firing the gun just a few times, I was anxious and irritable.
It almost reads like an article from The Onion

edit: found a follow up quote from the guy...just gets better
Yes, this weapon scared the crap out of me. And it should scare the crap out of all of you, too. An AR-15 is a weapon of mass destruction, a tool that should only be in the hands of our soldiers and copsโ€ฆ I donโ€™t think thereโ€™s anything unmanly about pointing out this factโ€ฆBesides, if masculinity is defined by the power to commit violence on a wide scale, I proudly choose femininityโ€ฆYes, Iโ€™m a wimp. I simpered because my experience with the AR-15 bruised me, body and spiritโ€ฆIf that makes me a girl, well, maybe we should have a girl running the country.

Another really good flick is "The Count of Monte Cristo" . . . the one from 2002 with Jim Caviezel. Good action and the plot twists are awesome.

There was an actual assassination attempt on a presidential candidate yesterday, and you are barely hearing anything about it. That seems weird. It was an illegal who said he's been planning it for a year and had tickets to the next Trump rally in case he didn't succeed at this one.

And Charlie Hebdo is somehow blaming Trump for the Orlando murders...

I guess because it was such a pathetic attempt that seemingly came nowhere close.

And it was a foreigner going after the opposition to the media/liberal's choice in candidate.

But you know damn well if it was a lifelong US citizen, male, conservative, lawful gun owner, at a Clinton rally, it would be huuuge news and everybody would think it was a big deal because the media would say it was

Just picture if it happened at a Hillary convention. They'd milk the hell out of it. He did manage to grab hold of a gun within easy range of Trump. If he understood how a retention holster worked he might have gotten farther but I doubt he would have gone all the way. You see all these third world assassinations and these nutjobs get right up close.
