I make my own teriyaki chicken and teriyaki sauce. I really like it and have had about 50 different people try it and they all said it was the best teriyaki they've had. I have some marinating right now.

I usually eat with calrose white rice and separately stir fry some yellow onion, red onion, and bell peppers. Glaze the chicken with teriyaki after it's cooked.

I need to start working on my stretching again . . . been meaning to break out my stretcher and just do it while MFC'ing or watching tv. Have had one of these for years and just stopped using it.

Farley's suggested stretch is good. You can also sit up against the flat of the wall like that with your legs spread in a "v" and just let gravity stretch them out. There are all kinds of stretching vids on YT.

Yep.

"Aloha Shoyu" soy sauce (good low sodium)http://www.alohashoyu.com/
green onion
ginger
garlic
I can't ever find real pineapple juice so i just buy a can of pineapple chunks and put in just the juice
Some brown sugar in the marinade too, only about 1/2 cup

Add that all in whatever ratios you want. That bag is about 2.25 lbs of chicken breast. Sometimes I like to use chicken thighs, the fat absorbs marinade very well.

My uncle is amazing with BBQ. He makes the best BBQ sauce and ribs I've ever had. He does Island Style BBQ, his wife is Tongan... he is the whitest "Tongan" you'll ever see haha.
