Ayy, did you get sent a black bottle from fragrancenet? It's a freaking addicting scent, I love it.

They sent me a gold bottle but I think it's literally the one they used to take the photo. It was missing the plastic wrap, and the box is all frayed. Going to call them on monday...

Went to a wedding today with a guest list of 700

The Kenneth Cole suit and Bond frag were poppin, compliments galore. It doesn't hurt that the reception hall was jam packed elbow to @sshole.

You should try calling them and see if they can offer you any credit. They offered me a credit before when they shipped me out an EDP that had been advertised as a pure parfum, and also when an item had the wrong description.

(Although both those times were through their eBay store which has better buyer protection.)

Is this similar to Noir de Noir at all. Looking at the notes it looks like it might be in that same ball park.

Very much so, very rich and bold, expect NdN has a bit more rose and this is more focused on the oud & wood. I can offer you a decant if you like, it's actually a great value. ($19US /10mL shipped which is insane and way under retail thanks to fragrancenet.)

Now's my time to resume my cologne collection. Only got four so far; Encre Noire, John Varvatos, Lalique White and La Nuit. Gonna get one a month at least, haven't yet decided what to get for August. Got a few frags in mind though.
