Just placed a pre order for Le Labo Mousse de Chene. It's the Amsterdam frag from the city series. Hold me boyos, first purchase at retail in a long long time.

The sample I got a while back made me purchase a full bottle. However, they reformulated it with the magnetic cap version which is what I got, so I returned it. Is yours magnetic? Surprised you say its so strong.

Also I heard tom ford is releasing oud wood intense.. basically the gold bottle formulation. I am not happy as I bought the silver version, but it seems to be doing well enough now that I let it sit for a few months.

Funny thing is his intense version will be more epxensive. Fukin LOL

I only have a 10ml decant I bought from Mario in the FGN group on FB. I'm not quite sure which batch it came from.

At this rate, 10ml will last me months and months (possibly more than a year given my rotation) at 1 or 2 sprays per wearing. Lyric Man is so different than anything I have ever smelled, it's really blended so well and comes off sometimes citrusy, sometimes rosey, sometimes clean & powdery. Two sprays will last me a full work day.

Ive got probably 60 mL in samples and have realized that yeah, I can buy giant bottles and save, but at this rate I'd rather have smaller bottles and have more of a variety considering even the samples i have now will take me a while to get through. So what size do you guys normally buy? Im thinking as I run out of the samples I really like, ill just buy a small bottle.

You'll probably get a mixed bag of answers. Some people here are collectors and have 100+ actual bottles, some are sample hoarders, and some are in between. I have 8-10 bottles and probably 25-30+ decants ranging from 5ml - 30mls. (most are 10ml). This gives me plenty of variety, IMO. Plus, I just dont have the shelf space to store 100 bottles

That's what I figured. I'm a variety guy, so I never see myself ever having just having 2-3 large bottles. Plus, im not honestly worried about saving literally maybe 30-40 bucks on 4-5 small vs large bottles.

Testing Dior Diorella at the moment. I have to agree it's the "perfected Eau Sauvage". It seems to have more depth to it than ES.
