Do you prefer to drive or ride on road trips? Does your preference change if certain people are going on the trip with you? (If I'm going somewhere with my Dad and we go through a town with > four lanes or 15k people, I'm driving, because he freaks out lol)
I prefer to drive in all cases

When you see toilet roll on a holder do you prefer the roll to dispense over or under? (if that makes sense)

Water, as it must be warm. I grew up in snow - so the less the better.

What day(s) of the week do you take off from exercise more than others?

I've been on vacation, so I'm getting back into my routine: hopefully lifting each of those days, cleaning up around the house and doing my taxes. VIC, I hope your cold is better, BTW.

Name a celebrity you'd like to meet so you can tell him/her to go to hell.

I've been in selfish mode on vacation, but I did help an older woman pull down her luggage from the overhead bin. How she got it up there amazed me. That was heavy bag.

Last Saturday. I was at a close family members wedding and had a blast. Would not mind reliving that.

What goal do you have set for the next 6 months?

At the gym: to rebound from my injury and sickness time off - hopefully will be back at the level I was at in November by May.
At home: gotta get a contractor in for some projects. I've been putting it off.
At work: will need to do some strong advocating and persuading to grow department.

I've got bicep tendinitis, rotator cuff issues and scapular destabilization. Been in PT for about two months. Slowly getting better, but the habits of my shoulder movements need to change. A combo of a former shoulder dislocation, repetitive motion and overdevelopment of my traps and pectorals have led to this - I'm told.

I go for post college casual - jeans and a polo shirt, or quality t-shirt. I like to try looking a bit younger than I am.

Very tough. I always try to start where I left off and get mad if I fall short. I try to not take off for more than a few days because I'll lose all my gains.

I go back in full swing. No easing into it! If you are good enough to get in the gym you are good enough to give it everything IMO.

Do you use a pre-workout?

Coffee. I tried pre workouts for a bit, but found they made my heart race as well as "borrowed" energy from the next day's workout. And I didn't see any benefits in strength. Creatine and cissus work for me, and that's enough for my modest goals in this lifting life.

Calves the hardest. Chest the easiest

Would you rather be 180lb shredded or 220lb and bulky (not fat)?

I'll go for 220 lb/bulky, because that's pretty much where I'm at - and will likely be. I wouldn't be comfortable with a lot of vascularity/definition. It doesn't fit my style.
