That's pretty rough. Worst I've seen is a cartel video where a guy was tied down and a guy took several slashes at him before starting near his chest and skinning him down to his stomach. Knife went all the way through near the bottom and stomach and/or intestine was coming out. That had me feeling a little sick when I first watched it. Seen some pretty gnarly images/videos of aftermath that aren't as hard to see anymore, but watching the torture happen to someone still alive is pretty hard.

Son and father are in their store behind a counter, guy comes in armed and lifts his gun and points it at either the son/father. Shoots one of them then shoots the other, the father or son was able to go check on the other after the shooting and the POS walks up to the father/son and ends it with a headshot.

Pretty much idiots on all sides. I don't know if they'll get the 2 pearbodies for murder in TX . . . although it's possible. I would guess they end up with manslaughter or something lesser just because I could see one person not going for murder.

At any rate, not a great idea to carry guns outside of your house like that to confront someone over garbage and then goad/threaten a guy who is known to be unstable into escalating. "Take your swing" and "come within 3 feet and I'll kill you" are not going to be helpful trying to plead self defense. Then again . . . orange shirt Texas man openly threatening to put a bullet in your head isn't a great strategy for living long either.

Yeah...IDK. Kind of want to see exactly how each party got to be where they were. On the one hand, the fat asses stayed where they were and spoke rather calmly and coherently, didn't see them point the guns at the other guy on video (that there trigger finger though), and received an awful lot of death threats from the deceased. But...let's be real now...they clearly went out there to have some sort of intentional confrontation and brought their guns with them...over a mattress at the dumpster in an alley...they were't accosted and cornered in a dark alley by a lunatic to subsequently defend themselves...they clearly sought out the confrontation and did not take the constant opportunity to just walk away. But, the psycho screaming lunatic said he would kill both of them several times.

Lower degree murder or higher degree voluntary manslaughter...or something.

Would not want to be on that jury, pretty sure I'd feel it was an epic ****ing waste of time.

Kinda don't even feel bad for the deceased, he brought it on himself. Do feel bad for his kinds. Wonder how they will turn out..

Wont' feel bad when the other two end up in prison for it.

I don't know what happened prior to the video starting or why those two dudes were where they were with weapons, but other than the guy saying he would "kill" him and not "shoot" him (also "step within three feet" instead of "attack me" or whatever), I honestly didn't see much wrong with it.

A man was threatening to kill both of them, gets a bat, and attacks. That's a pretty clear cut case of self defense, but what may get them will be location and saying he would kill him.

I don't think they should go down for murder, manslaughter or some type of assault at best.

Similar to Mr Parking Lot Patrol, ish, another example of both (all) parties involved being wrong. Different ways of being wrong and different degrees of wrong and all that, but, everybody dun goofed.

In this case I think the deceased goofed hardest, both legally and from an intelligent/self preservation standpoint.

I still think Mr Parking Lot Patrol was the bigger ****tard in that one.



I can see a lot of complication for the shirtless fatass case. I mean, they do kind of have a point. The within 3 feet I will kill you and the like, though, and the fact that they obviously wanted a confrontation that they easily and safely could have avoided or left...yeah...that's just a mess.

Absolute sh*t experience so far. Took me over 6 hours to port in/transfer 4 phones today and one of them ended up not working. I’ve spent nearly 8 hours earlier this week in the same store, trying to get through and provide for their BS requirements to pass opening a business account. CZ is going to make me go poor. I used to have a Bren 805. Great shooter. Smooth and the machining was fantastic. But heavy and the reciprocating charging handle sucked.

I have no idea what to expect . . . because the Huskers have so far found a way to do everything wrong at the wrong time.

If Martinez is healthy and plays, he's a difference maker. I'm just hoping they play well on the road. The Michigan defense is going to be a huge challenge if the o-line and QB play are as abysmal as they were last week.

I don't have a solid feel for how I think the game will go. Martinez would make a big difference. Michigan's o-line isn't the best, not sure how Nebraska's D is this year. Not sure what to think of the offense so far this year. Some solid rushing performances, against subpar opponents.

The front seven can be really good. They are deep and rotate a bunch of guys through. The difference in bringing pressure bewteen this year and last year is night and day. They'll try to put a lot of pressure on the line and the QB. I'm not sure how they will be against the Michigan run game. In theory, they should be pretty good at plugging it up, since they've been good against the run so far--but that's been against spread teams and Michigan's probably going to give a healthy dose of 2-back.

The problem has been that they have not been good on 3rd downs and have given up a few big plays at the worst times. ILB have brain cramped on gap assignment in some bad spots. They have not played against a FB, so this week will be new. DBs are asked to play on islands and have been improved, but given up some big passes even with tight coverage.

They'll try to put a lot of pressure on the line and the QB. I'm not sure how they will be against the Michigan run game. In theory, they should be pretty good at plugging it up, since they've been good against the run so far--but that's been against spread teams and Michigan's probably going to give a healthy dose of 2-back.

The problem has been that they have not been good on 3rd downs and have given up a few big plays at the worst times. ILB have brain cramped on gap assignment in some bad spots. They have not played against a FB, so this week will be new. DBs are asked to play on islands and have been improved, but given up some big passes even with tight coverage.
solid input, thanks! I'm not sure what to make of Patterson at QB. Seems to have potential but also has made some wild throws/decisions this year. McCAffrey looked more poised when he had to fill in at QB during the notre dame game.

I'll be looking forward to a few big plays
