Every night cocktail checking in. Sometimes it's 2 beers (brown ale), then 2 night caps. My workouts have been really few and far between lately and unfortunately when I don't hit the gym I drink more. I couldn't tell you if it effects my workouts or not....maybe?

My dad works for this guy who pours himself drink by opening a whiskey bottle and throwing away the lid. He's a consumate peer pressurer. The only job I was laid off from was almost 10 years ago now. It was a small company ran by (later on found out) 2 half brothers, and one was a serious alky. I didn't meet him until 2-3 weeks after I started, he was the "sales" guy so it was normal for him to work from home or be on the road. But when he did show up he'd be loaded by 10am. He was an old school aggressive-passive-aggressive type who'd just stop sorry of belittling you at times. They had 2 busy seasons, Christmas and Father's Day (made decorative maps). He and the other partner spent so much time bickering about colors neither of them ended up using that they missed Christmas and the maps I made didn't get cut in time so they let me go. Still kind of bitter about that one, no clue how they're still in business, or how/if that guy is still alive.

Luckily I don't have to worry about my dad getting on roofs anymore. he used to be in HVAC with my uncle and they were constantly up and down. But now all my dad does is drink, schmooze and smoke cigars.... for free. while working. he's got his dream job. lol
