Lawd . . . Fox News host Julie Banderas calls for gun control. The potato is strong with this one. Getting raked over the coals pretty well.

A few spring changes, and a little material off the corners of the barrel where some folks were getting peening (that was only cosmetic in nature.) Everything shipping with Xray3 night sights is updated with the spring and barrel change.

The best ways to get an unreliable Glock are to shoot reloads or change internals.

MFC brahs
Part 1 of my highly rated Vacation Gone South series, is FREE today and the next 4 days.
https://www.amazon.com/VACATION-GONE...dp/B00VPC7PPK/
Here's some excerpts from reviews I grabbed:
"The litmus test for me for a good fiction yarn is if it makes me feel like I’m actually there in the action, and Vacation Gone South passes that test with flying colors." - US Navy SEAL Commander (ret) Mark Divine
5 out of 5 stars…”Great action, gun style folks will have ah hah moments left and right. Very on point with description of certain tactics. I was hooked and look forward to the next”
“AN AWESOME BOOK!!! A true page turner and loved the details!”
“… another home run. He is truly one of the better up-and-coming writers of the thriller-fantasy genre. People will be saying "I bought Brink before he became huge" some day soon.
“Excellent! If you like military fiction but despise people getting the important details wrong... this is for you. Once again, I finish a Will Brink book and immediately want to read another one.”
“Awesome, gritty, edge of my seat.”
“Finally! None of the clueless bs that turns most action fiction into wallbangers.( Wallbangers are books you throw against a wall while wondering why you bought it)”
“…he mixes a fast pace with witty introspection and insight into the spec-ops community that is sorely lacking (mostly because said members don't, and can't, talk about it).”
“…Brink also brings to the narrative a depth of knowledge and interesting insights about all manner of subjects . His main character is a smart guy who says a lot of smart things.”
“I enjoy the authors ability to blend his story and factually correct methods of warfare into a beautiful story. Wink is a true Light Fighter.”
“...the dialogue , attention to detail and the action are all first rate.”

However, I am going to try an all kydex IWB made specifically for the VP9SK. While I don't believe in making a habit of holstering without looking, I do understand the benefits of being able to holster without looking (and one handed without looking) easily if needed, and an all kydex holster is much better at that than the hybrids. It will also be nice to have a holster for the SK that is smaller/more narrow than that big ole full size ventcore, because it will then fit in my quick access pistol safe without removing it from the holster.
So I will be trying a JM Custom Kydex for the SK.

I prefer kydex for a variety of reasons. I find them small and comfortable, and prefer full positive retention due to needing disarm regularly for going into government buildings, schools etc, don’t need to worry about pistol sliding out and having exposed trigger. Also nice for putting the entire rig into a quick access safe. I have one hybrid holster and haven’t used it enough to get broken in, it’s still very stiff and hard to put on and take off quickly. It’s also amazing what leaning out does for comfort. I let myself get a little fluffy over the fall hitting a high of about 218, now that I’m below 195 again it feels so much more comfortable to carry IWB.

Just getting back to you Farley on your comparison pic of the g19 and SK..
Looks very similar in grip length, the length of the slide is longer for the g19 it seems?
I might play with an HK soon at the range. If it’s quality like German car engineering, I might feel inclined to buy one. Farley is the best salesman here

I was safe shopping yesterday. Local dealer has a good selection of Liberty’s and Brownings in stock, as well as some Uber expensive Pendletons.
Liberty has this new series called the USA. 30 gun sizes delivered for $999. Or step up to a Colonial 30 for $1499.
Then there’s the Fatboy Jr which is the same price as the Colonial 30. I think it’s a Colonial just wider and shorter. Not sure if I’d miss having a taller safe or what. Tough decision.
