Thank you bretmarathon and TJF!

Today I’m grateful for:

-Getting to sleep in

-Having a gift card to HEB (Texas grocery store) so my lunch of sushi was free

-Actually having my help today at work instead of my bosses sending her somewhere else. Would’ve been hell if I was by myself

-Another day of life

-good nights sleep yesterday made today significantly easier to get through
-humidifier. air is really dry in house this time a year
-crest glide floss.. the more you floss more often sht gets stuck between your teeth

Here is a post I made in a Home Gym pics thread. I thought it was worth reposting here, since it describes three things I'm grateful for.

=======================================
Anybody else think they had a decent setup, then looked at this thread and got depressed?
I hear you, man. Lots of fun and impressive home gym setups to see.

But... when I log off the forums and head down to the basement, I am happy to have a setup that (no matter how ugly) is decent enough for me, and no crowds of people in my way, and available 24/7.

Hang in there!!!

I enjoy seeing a cool sports car zip by. But... I’m happy to climb into my reliable minivan with plenty of elbow room and cargo room inside and 250k miles.

I enjoy driving past a stunning new home. But... I’m happy to drive back to the roof over my head.
At age 64, I've exceeded all my prior PRs. Not “over the hill” yet. :)

I'm grateful for...

Working with awesome people.

A presentation that I put a lot of time into, went really well today.

Phenomenal fried chicken with some sweet potatoes.

Good beer.

The pump I got from all the squats I did this morning. Combine that with kettle bell sldls, bosu ball curls, and a few lunges, I should hurt real nice like tomorrow

Thankful for

1) A friend called me yesterday and told me that she is going to get married soon. She said the guy agreed. Extremely happy for her and thankful that her dream comes true.

2) Reading a friend's moment about getting a stop sign ticket, and realize that I have not had any car accidents, and not even one traffic ticket for 4 years. I am very thankful that God is watching for my safety

3) Yesterday I went back to gym, and my gym partner helped me load some plates. I then asked him to assist me to do some workout. I was able to increase the weight of lifting with his help. I am quite excited with the improvement, and thankful for my gym partner's help.
