Still dragging my feet. I’m off the S&B thing. I don’t like any of the reticles. They are gonna hook me up on an ATACR 7-35.

The AI thing. I still don’t know if I should do it or go back to a TL3. We shot .338 Lapua, 28 Nosler, and 6.5 Creedmoor out of my FIL’s AX MC during this Christmas trip. It was sweet to switch calibers in a couple of minutes, but I just hate the chassis. As I’ve said, I don’t know if I can live with it. The grip, where my thumb rides, etc.... tough call. I should have hung on to the TL3 for a bit longer until I shot his gun. I may end up right back on the TL3 in a KRG W3 folder again.

That said, the money from the other build is just sitting around, waiting to be thrown on something new. I just need to make a decision. I’d like to stay at or under $6500 all in.

You really pay $140 for sights?? Geez didn't realize they were so much.

Fun - never shot an AXMC. You could try the MPA chassis with the AI inlet. If you found a deal on a used AT, you could probably keep it under budget.

Word. I keep an eye on the forum and something will strike me as a must have. Shot my buddies DTA again this trip. Amazing platform, but would not make a good match rifle.

Another thing to consider is if you ended up not liking the AI/MPA you could sell it in a flash.

Yeah DTAs arent ideal for macthes. But they’re prettt hard to beat for compact long action set ups.

Bros, shopping for another edc knife. I love my 0450 but I want something a little larger in blade profile. I am looking at the Kershaw link in s35vn blade steel (can't find the m390 one anywhere), the zt0770 in elmax(on sale 120 bucks right now), and the Spyderco para military 2 in cpm-s30v (on sale 125 right now).

Thoughts/recommendations?

I like the link the best but that blue/red color scheme is kind of wierd. The blade shape is sick and from what I understand s35vn is better than the s30v in the pm2)

Don't know much about elmax but I don't like the blade shape as much on the zt, do really like the size and width of the knife tho.

What’s it like setting the length on those? Do you have to sacrifice a couple pieces?
