So the loss of the ability to have children and produce breast milk

No. Not always.

Try googling "failed restart".

Also "gynecomastia discharge"

Trans women and men who want kids probably don't go on GAHT nor have surgery.

But it's not a risk in males for TRT because it's reversible in men and men cannot produce breast milk

LOOOL."gynecomastia discharge" is not breast milk..now I know you are a troll

But also..

"It’s common for men on TRT to experience significantly diminished fertility and to struggle with conceiving due to low or zero sperm count. This is how men can become sterile by taking testosterone. In most cases, this infertility is temporary. The effects can be reversed by stopping TRT and waiting for sperm and internal testosterone levels to rise again. This process can take six weeks, six months, or a couple of years.

Right. Like I said, take a look at failed restarts. More common than you might think and why docs counsel that it's for life and ask about family planning before beginning.

Not as common as you think, and most typically reversible when stopping treatment. As far whatever oozes out of a man's nipple, I assure you, it's not the same as a mother's milk lol

But it’s reversible in males.

"Considering that there is abundant evidence demonstrating that TRT significantly decreases sperm production, it is important that clinicians consider the evidenced risks of male infertility before starting patients on TRT. It can be surprising to patients that testosterone can suppress fertility, in contrary to its stimulatory effects on libido and erectile function. The patient's desire for fertility must be discussed in depth and established prior to initiating testosterone"

Add for trans men, the evidence suggests that if Sissy reversible.

Regardless, I feel everyone should have the same opportunity to make an informed decision rather than have it make for them by politicians.

GAHT isn't typically recommended for children and or pre-teens. Children and pre-teens aren't typically able to make medical decisions without parental involvement/consent.
