Damn . . . the shooter from this weekend definitely had some kind of enhanced fire setup on his rifle. Don't know if it was a bump stock, a trigger crank or an enhanced trigger but it's definitely fast firing. Doesn't sound like full auto, though. Apparently he was livestreaming a lot of this on Periscope. The site that is dedicated to leaks while they are live has a recording of him yelling at the cops and firing.
