I currently am tracking another one, with a target of about 170'ish again (lower TF). Same as your drawing here. Make the shelf, fall off the shelf. Should give us a double bottom, and then we'll see how we react from there.

Unless bitcoing says **** all of you.

I have something similar in mind, except I count the initial move from the top (7400) and thus the measured target is down around 5100, which would be the bottom trendline of a falling wedge (daily closes) since January - which also happens to have a good amount of horizontal support, previous R/S flip before the real bull run in 2017 began

I just realized, how can you trust the code for these anonymous coins zec/xmr how do they know that there is not some bug that hasnt been discovered like the BTC one where some guy is slowly printing free money with no one aware. Leaves me doubtful regarding all these types of privacy coins.

Leaves me thinking its not worth it to buy these type of coins even if the idea is good

Its gonna pump back to 6600-6700. After stopping out everyone else.

This dump looks a lot like the dump we had a few days ago before cboe futures expired. Despite all the bearish sentiment - we haven't even tested the 6300 levels yet - and the stoch and rsi are also looking a lot similar to what we had on 18th september - 4 hr chart.

Sheet, you're right. You measure from the top of the previous flag to the bottom of the new flag. Ouch, that's a long ways down.

You still holding that short? 21 and 55 on the weekly so close to crossing. I think that will be the fuel needed to finally get us below $6k.

I'm looking at bitcoin completing this wave 2 retrace, and now hitting 5 waves down to I'm thinking 5800. Then wave 4 up. Then 5 down again possibly hitting 5400 like most of us are looking for. Obviously this could change, as things can extend, or we could end up in complex corrections ...yada yada..

Let me go find it quick. Check this post again for the edit: If you go back on 2017, this scenario played out a few times extremely similarly too. I'm on 2hr TF here, then check our daily. Could still play out this way.

That fractal was during the chinese fud. It lasted like 1-2 month max.

This is a different market though. 1 Year bear market already

Hey, I'm not telling you it's for sure - but the blue print is there. I don't care that people think it's a different market, the psychology behind it hasn't changed. That's being demonstrated on bitcoin as we speak.

Last bear market was over 400+ days

If this is a bart I'm wondering which step down it's going to stop at. I dont doubt we retest these same levels within a day or so if it is. So its not like any real loss .
I woke up this morning still breathing. Might as well take advantage of it.

Looked at it again and starting to look more like another dump.

So my 7 year old picked his favorite coin about 6 months ago. Just noticed today it's up 80% on binance. Who needs TA when you have kids picks

I think we could possibly stabilize here. I don't know if we'll stay here though, that's up to the crypto gods. A .618 retrace would put you back at 6500 though.

I haven't ruled out Bitcoin making a H&S formation here yet either. Could still be in the cards if we do pop back up to 6500 area, neckline sitting around 6200 would target the 5700 area again. (looking at a half hour chart)

Hope so. I bought at 6350. We came down on some (diagonal) support that's been holding since early sept. Pretty easy trade considering I'll know if I'm wrong pretty quickly. Starting to look like this to me

But then I look at the daily and it looks totally rekt. Pray for my angus

lol you live dangerously, I like that. When it comes to capital, I will vicariously live through you. I'm sitting back waiting, I don't trust btc lol. I still think inevitably down, but I do think we're possibly coming back up to 6500 beforehand.

Fukn hell.

My 6 month ROI = -5%

Just made back 1% on that 6350 to 6420. Waiting for a little pull back now. Trading the half hour like an overtrading schmuck.

it's just relative to the margin which was like 1/15th of my account - but still nice

also, I've switched from mex to deribit...works much better (for now) - no slippage, while mex would become unusable as soon as there's some heavier volume

Google to allow certain cryptocurrency ads in U.S., Japan

https://mobile.reuters.com/article/amp/idUSKCN1M5248
(Reuters) - Alphabet Inc's (GOOGL.O) Google said on Tuesday it would allow certain regulated cryptocurrency exchanges to advertise in the United States and Japan, easing an earlier ban on all cryptocurrency ads.

The changes will take place in October and advertisers will need to be certified with Google for the country where the ads will appear, the search engine giant said in a blog here post

Today is what a textbook inverse head and shoulders looks like. that pump on eth on the 15 min where it broke $207.56 would have been the easiest short term long I may have ever seen. I didnt doubt the bounce so far and really I see ETH hitting at least 220 in the next few hours. It's just a matter what the reaction to that is.
I woke up this morning still breathing. Might as well take advantage of it.

Remember when being on coinbase was like having a sweet condo downtown that was pretty exclusive because not everyone could afford it.

Looks like your neighbors just became Section 8 tenants.

The exclusivity is nuked now. The days of coinbase listing pumps are probably over.

At least it will make certain coins easier to buy.
