People work on themselves and can start managing some mental health issues. I still struggle but I’ve developed healthier coping skills. He’s great you’re right. We don’t share similar values so I wouldn’t say I’m above him I would say that we aren’t in alignment. Maybe he can find someone that is in alignment with him- with shared goals and aspirations. Which is something I would want for myself or hey maybe nothing at all- that’s fine too.
