I’m sure the people who were drinking on the job just said they have a drinking problem and are actively getting help

Just say you have some sort of mental illness and maybe book an appointment with a therapist so you have a record

Nothing but it doesnt really matter

I violated 3 things clearly and they have the video as evidence . Theres no counter argument.

The only way i see me getting my job back is if upper managment speaks to my cowkrker (who im froends with) and he tells me i dont care i want him back. And he does. I spke.to him im the parking lot 2 hours ago said he doesnt care and laughed at the videos.

That may be what can save me. But thats a glimmer of hope.

I wonder who it was that complained and what their motivation was. Do you have enemies at work?Anyone who want to see you fired? That might be the bigger issue past the harassment charge, that maybe you pissed off or rubbed some people the wrong way and they were looking for an excuse.
