Inserted pic for lefty...
"In Brokeback Mountain, the iconic vintage pickup truck driven by Jack Twist (Jake Gyllenhaal) is a 1950s GMC/Chevrolet pickup. It plays a central role in the film as a backdrop for several emotional encounters and serves as a lasting symbol of his rugged, independent character"

it's obvious that your obsession with "knowing" what is ghey and passionately arguing online about how you'd never do it is hiding some deep seated insecurities bub. was it a gay father, grandfather or uncle that brought this on? did your grandfather in the 60s passionately argue with people about which vehicles were gay in the 60s? interesting to take a deep dive into to psychology behind it all.

Sorry but none of the new full size trucks are worth what they are charging for them. Lots of cool stuff on them and damn they look nice but in the end, they aren't doing anything special. A lot of money to spend on a depreciating asset. The only way I'd buy one is if I worked out of it and had a LLC where I could at least write off expenses and such.
Back in 2018 I bought a loaded Silverado and damn it was nice, but I was always worried about it getting scratched or anything, so much so that I was using my old truck for anything "truck" related. Finally, when that whole crisis happened, I sold it for more than what I paid for it after over 2 years of ownership and 50K miles. Felt I lucked out.
So about that old truck, 2002 Chevy truck and it's not as pretty but it's paid off and not depreciating anymore.
