He was pretty known around here. Went to Taft H.S. and USC. had a lot of potential and a promising future. The only downfall that i know of is he had some anger issues and had dealt with them. I guess not completely if he's breaking down doors. Gotta deal with the demons.

He was probably gonna beat the **** out of that girl, or at the very least nothing good or civil would have taken place.

Dude couldn't even break into the right apartment. He was more than likely under the influence of alcohol or some sort of drugs.

I don't feel bad at all

Now imagine guns were illegal.

He would have broke down the door and the resident would have blown a whistle to alarm fellow residents.

Would of ended up with a in cent individual who didn't commit manslaughter and a nba player with ringing ears

Not srs

we need more facts first

in all fairness let's assume she was his gf and they were traveling together and yes he mistakes the wrong room and he hears another males voice shouting back at him from inside the room while he was trying to enter the room where he believed she was

very plausible he believed she could be in danger and thus he acted the way he did by kicking in door

I have all the characteristics of a human being: blood, flesh, skin, hair; but not a single, clear, identifiable emotion, except for greed and disgust. Something horrible is happening inside of me and I don't know why. My nightly bloodlust has overflown into my days. I feel lethal, on the verge of frenzy. I think my mask of sanity is about to slip.

How did he even get to Texas that fast if he was playing against the Warriors yesterday? Makes no fukin sense srs.
"The flowers bloom, then wither... The stars shine and one day become extinct. This earth, the sun, the galaxies and even the big universe, someday will be destroyed. Compared with that, the human life is only a blink, just a little time. In that short time - people are born, laugh, cry, fight, are injured, feel joy, sadness, hate someone, love someone. All in just a moment. And then, are embraced by the eternal sleep called death."

I remember reading the headline and it said something like "NBA player shot dead after entering wrong apartment." Thought, man, that's horrible. But the more I thought about it the more it didn't make sense. Realized, the journalist, like usual, was being politically correct.

Open your mind, bro.

Get philosophical.
The muscles i value most are the ones directly surrounding the spine, the hips, the scapula, the femur and the tibia... in that order.

Basically the whole body minus chest and biceps... pretty much the opposite of what your local gym looks like on a typical Monday.

Cool to assume eh? Must be cool being 5'6 too.

Guy obviously didn't think hard enough about the situation, who knows why.

pissening logic by some in here

silly mistake, tragedy, so much potential...

You don't kick down your Gfs door to play footies. The real tragedy would have been what he did to the girl if he had the right floor. But then it probably wouldnt rate a mention on the misc. Seems like the universe snuffed him out before he could take someone else down with him

When a 6'6 angry black guy breaks into your place and you have a gun. there is only one option.

If he was a better player they may have recognized him, but then again...

Article says he knocked and banged on the door before kicking it open. Seems like maybe he thought he was locked out, so he raged and kicked the door down and then heard a dude, could have gotten even more seething and decided to **** the guy up.

I've had to kick in my door before, too after being locked out of my flat.

There's more to this than what the MISC is painting, and what that news story is painting, too. But, I guess people on here would rather take the opportunity to chant the 'stupid games, stupid prizes' mantra instead of not jumping to conclusions.

How does that change anything

Should the guy have dropped his gun and squared up with the intruder?
