I just don't understand it. I know they all own mirrors. I'm skinny as hell with some muscle but I freak out when I see fat on my stomach. I have ripples of a 6 pack but still think I'm fat as ****. How do they keep eating and eating when they see themselves getting huge? Srsly

The only time I've seen a transformation this drastic was when a HS friend on dialysis finally got a new kidney. She was rail thin, then met her about 3 years later and had ballooned up (and even had a bit of a brunette mustache). Not sure if that's her actual metabolism finally working or if something medical caused that, but at least she doesn't have tubes sticking out of her torso anymore.
