no, you said because Ali beat shavers, he would beat Marciano

By the time Shavers fought Ali, Shavers had got KO'd a bunch of times and Ali only beat him by a UD.

Marciano had a lot more than ONLY punching power. He couldn't be taken down. He was a tank that could take a beating, and only needed 1 punch to end the fight. He would have KO'd Ali.

THERE IS MORE TO PUNCHING THAN JUST HITTING HARD. Marciano could actually LAND his punches. Don't compare two different fighters. Shavers wasn't as good as Marciano.

Even though I'm only 23, Ali was the first hero I had as a child. Me and my dad used to stay up watching old Ali matches, he would tell me all these stories of Ali I wasn't old enough to witness in person. When I was 9 my dad took me to see him speak in Toronto, those are some of the fondest memories I have with my dad. Thank you for that Muhammad. For as long as we live we will NEVER see an athlete like him, R.I.P Champ.

Joe was out of his prime but his height didn't save him.

Tyson was much shorter than a lot of guys he KO'd.
