Holy fuk... sounds like the rape test is equally as bad.

Test wasn't needed in this case IMO, lock the fuker up for a long time. Also, this girl should go on a tour to preach to girls to NOT drink until blacked out. Men and women should feel guilt for the abusive drug use.. but they certainly don't deserve rape.
