Im gonna let the MISC in on a little secret I have been using for 2 years.

Using Garlic and Turmeric!

Just use a salt shaker and sprinkle it on your head, morning and night. It works way better than OP's formula and you don't need to waste water boiling a big batch of Rosemary.
