I stopped going to the gym for ~2-3 years because I couldn't train legs srs. I honestly feel bad for anyone that doesn't enjoy leg day

Hate coming back into legs after a hiatus....trying to take a **** sucks.

But once you're over that hump, I love training legs (am hoping to get back into it this week) because the squat rack is almost always empty when I go. No waiting around actually keeps me motivated. Don't want to expend energy on filler bs because some kid wants to curl 10x10 in the cage.

I just wish I could eat enough to actually keep growing. I seem to cap out at 205 every time which is pathetic.

what kind of running do you do? if you are a srs running enthusiast doing long distances your lifting is going to suffer (or vice versa). if you are just jogging a couple miles/day you are just being a B and should start doing legs regularly. start small and build up from there. don't go in and blast out a 30 set workout that is going to cripple you with soreness. your better off doing a low volume workout or two every week then just randomly doing legs once a month.

idk I guess it really depends on your goals and what you want to do though.

Not sure if troll thread, but, obviously, no. Stupid post.

Once you actually start training legs regularly, those severe DOMS pretty much go away altogether, regardless of how hard you train

high volume, low weight works fine and helps keep my back from exploding and my legs haven't suffered too much, although they're obviously smaller than when I could squat 500x10

squat 15-20 reps for a single set then do 5x20 leg press and that's a ton of reps without that much joint stress.

I would give anything to feel that pain again. After destroying my knees, it's no longer possible to train legs hard enough to get any decent growth. I had to also give up my sport, Judo, which I loved immensely. One reconstructive surgery down, rebuilding my ACL, my meniscus, and the cartilage in the joint, and probably one more on the other knee is coming.

Don't take good pain for granted. You don't want to know how much you will miss it.

I had warts on both feet also . Dude get like a pie pan and put enough bleach so that'll cover the bottom of your feet when you stick them in there. Let them soak in that bleach real good. I did this and they went away in less than a week. It turns all black and I peeled it off and boom like brand new underneath . No more warts

I love doing legs, especially on heavy days.
-that feeling of panic that you might seriously get injured as you are about to perform the lift
-when you are at the sticking point on the lift and your internal pressure is so high you no longer hear the music that was once so loud it hurt your ears
-when you get to the final point on your lift and regain your vision that recently left you

it's magical

I have one huge on my heel and three or four more behind my fingers, but they're smaller comoared to the giant bitch that I have on my heel. Again, thanks will try brah. The thing is I went to the doctor weekly for like 8 weeks and they put some painless acid on it but nothing happened and nothing happens when freezing them too.
