I'm all for criticizing fat people but to take a pic of a fat person showering, at a GYM trying to improve them self is stupid.





I was going to say I'd be pretty pissed if someone took a pic of me showering and shared it on the internet. Not a lawyer but as far as I can tell (had to google this, pls no fbi) if you distribute a nude of someone without their consent it can be a sexual assault or harassment charge. I assume there would be something additional for the lady not even knowing the photo was took.
