2) If someone is seen as a real threat, you don't shoot them once in the leg and then stop. You continue until the threat is stopped. That's why no one ever, EVER teaches you to shoot someone in the leg.

I grew up in the Miami area. Hands down the most corrupt US police department in the 80's, and they haven't rooted out all the bad cops yet. All the guys that were rookies in the 80's are now senior officers with high positions, or on the Fraternal Order of Police there.

Source is a family member who was a narcotics detective during Miami Vice in Dade County.

No they aren't all bad and stuff, but abuses are getting buried and covered up

the local news isn't going to show someone getting shot, if its out there, you'll probably have to get it from live leak.
