i wear M size so i still look like i lift , but once i'm done with this cut and when i increase carbs i hope i'll look somehow fuller and bigger,such is natty life

currently i do 5x10-12 leg press, 4x12-16 walking lunges, 5x12-15 leg extensions
i did squat in my first ~8months and than i stopped because our poverty gym got rid of the squat rack
