whitening your teeth strips away the enamel and makes them more susceptible to damage. tanning damages your skin, makes you look older, and raises chance for skin cancer. other stuff is fine tho

Do most of that but cut my hair maybe once a month. My hair looks good the whole time.

This list is pretty basic looksmaxing honestly.

depends how you whiten your teeth. Also self tanners are pretty damn good these days. I still get some tan since I am outdoors fishing and chit but I also use a self tanner.

3D whitestrips is perfectly safe when used as directed, and is recommended by some doctors. Melanotan 2 actually helps prevent skin cancer from the sun and tanning is a lot more healthy for you than staying inside all day being a pale ghost getting little to no sun exposure. Stop fearing the sun lmao

tanning is not safer than being inside all day long. you can supplement with vitamin D to combat low UV exposure, but you can't supplement anything to get rid of a melanoma.

btw trick for whitening teeth without strips:
brush with whitening toothpaste, while foam is still in mouth add a squirt of H2O2 and rinse for 10-15 minutes

All very true Op. Repped for giving good advice to FA *******s that don't take initiative to up their game with these controlled factors.

...Just be careful not to get too much sun (by wearing sunscreen) or you'll look 50 by the time youre 30. Getting enough sun that you have a little color is fine, getting too much so you look Puerto Rican (if you are white) can be problematic later down the road.

Something i do and I would recommend is running fat burners (ones that work) staying lean is important for maximum aesthetics..and keep your diet semi clean. That's it manes.
1. Gives you cancer.
2. What is the point? Most women like long hair.
3. Gay as it gets. You really think most women want men to follow the same regimes as they do?
4. Your teeth colour has more to do with your DNA. Plus having had a horrible reaction to whitening that nearly killed me I wouldn't recommend it.
5. Wouldn't Clearasil be more effective? Cutting out fast food & dairy as well.

1. Not in moderation. Sunlight has both positive and negative effects to your health. Getting a little "color" from the sun is fine.
2. It's to avoid looking shaggy and not neat. Some women like long hair, some like short, but I think that middle ground where you are neither isn't as attractive.
3. Yeah a unibrow is a chick magnet. Come on brow.
4. Nah, even using baking soda/peroxide every few days will lighten your shade a bit.
5. I'd say anything that works to keeps your face hydrated and pimple free.

lol at everyone freaking out over the possibility of cancer from a little bit of sun exposure. you *******s must actually be basement dwellers to be so afraid of the sun. moderate sun exposure is actually GOOD for you, it's sunburn that you have to worry about.

nobody's suggesting going and baking in the sun for 6 hours but an hour or two of being outdoors on a regular basis will give you a healthy color without damaging your skin.

don't you guys ever play sports outdoors? every time I play soccer, I get a decent amount of color without burning. I also walk 30 minutes to class every day so I get some sun from that as well.
