Pretty much what others have said, the only sports they care about aren't played at the olympics, no investment in facilities, and prioritising education over sports and you get what you see today.

There's poking fun and then there's crossing the line. If some of this disgusting race driven vitriol was directed towards black people for example this thread would be closed ASAP and there would be permabans being handed out left, right and center. Also you would be hard pressed to even find a high school quality Track in India, let alone meets that are organized as well.
