Herniated L4/L5 in 2014 resulting in emergency surgery for Cauda equina syndrome. 2016- L5 shifted forward along with arthritis and scar tissue build up, I was losing feeling in my feet so they did the fusion. Posterior

Me too. Nice old lady sells homemade jam and jelly at a farmer's market near here. She makes a peach one w/jalapeno...sounds odd, but is really good. Her blackberry is also pretty awesome.
