Clean and groomed is part of your appearance. If your not deformed then you can become better.

Improving your general mindset is much harder than improving your body or face . When you force yourself in the gym, you're only fighting your own bad habits. When you're getting a plastic surgery, you're only harming your wallet.

When you're trying to improve mentally, not only do you have to cut out almost every person of your life that knows you as the puccy that you are, as they will be doing their best to shut you down, and you have to do so repeatedly, because the "New Beginning" myth is utter BS, maybe 1 person in 20 can pull off the "Enter new social circle to reinvent yourself" thing. And you won't have any roadmap to begin with, such as a dieting advice.


Most people will get into their same puccy habits regardless if they move to other side of the Earth or not.

i agree with a lot of it. was at a edm event last night, handsome blonde hair blue eyed guy was dancing with at least 5 different girls throughout the night. talk about life in easy mode. for every other average person, it's tough.

A lot of guys like a friend of mine (we have drifted apart recently because he doesn't seem to like my positivity) were truly oblivious and expected to land a 8/10 despite the fact that he is around 230lbs of fat at 5'10 pear shaped, never works out, terrible diet, baths only once-twice a week, brushes his teeth only as often as that etc. He more recently now just looks for chubby women but if a 5+ rejects him he rages. He is the classic beta orbiter now - paid for a female friend's abortion, drove 2 days interstate to drive a girl back only to be friendzoned, the one partner he had left him for another woman. Lies about his career and sometimes pic frauds on dating sites. I've tried to tell him about self improvement but he just won't accept it - it's always the women's fault for being shallow. Since I've not put up with his BS he now has found other beta negative fatties to be co-dependent with

He was raised by a single mom and 2 sisters though so it was probably drilled into him that just simply existing would be enough for a woman to accept him just like his female role models did.
