DEATH. PENALTY!

At the very least, they can use the death penalty to force him to plea bargain and find the other bodies and for more confessions.

Then, put him in solitary confinement for the rest of his life and force him to do 10 hours a labor a day for 6 days a week (slavery is a legal form of punishment per 13th amendment).

Force him to work in the fields or hard labor from 8AM to 7PM with 2 15 minute breaks and a 30 minute lunch. He gets a radio but no TV. He gets to eat slop that fulfills his calorie needs and that's it. He also gets no visitations, no conjugal visits, and no letters.

It's not "cruel and unusual" due to the nature of his crimes. The "no cruel and unusual punishments" is so we don't execute someone for stealing bread. Both slavery AND the death penalty are constitutionally legal.

I'd of course prefer the death penalty, but he likely will plea bargain to avoid (the only thing all murderers fear is the death penalty - life in prison doesn't flinch them in the slightest).

I made a thread last night about this but geez all this 10 mins down the road from where I live. Now it's turning out he's been behind all these cold case multiple homicide cases that happened years ago. Confessed to the superbike murders where four people here were killed for no apparent reason and also matches the sketching of guy who did the Blueridge bank murders.

The fact that he got away with it so long disturbs me and makes me wonder how many people that have killed/raped people and got away with it that I've encountered in my life. Now they're re-opening a ton of missing person cases around here.

As others have said what really gets me is that he got the job as a realtor with a past that included being a violent sex offender. What kind of bs background check process doesn't see a redflag with that in a profession that involves going in peoples homes?
